On August 12, 2019, the Salina City Commissioners approved the construction of a 15,700 square foot training facility located at 3770 Yost Drive in south Salina. The facility includes a dedicated 1,000 square foot simulator room for a VirTra-300 Law Enforcement virtual judgment simulator. The facility also includes a modern 47-seat classroom, and a 10-lane 25-yard indoor shooting range. In addition, this facility has three drive thru bays to store our many vehicular assets. 

This Salina Regional Training Center represents over six years of planning and research prior to the actual commencement of construction.
